Commence is the easiest way to add Stripe Payments to your website. The standard Stripe integration involves adding complicated server-side code to your website which is not available with most off the shelf website builders and is targeted to developers. Adding payments with Commence is as easy as copy and paste and we're always here step you through the process.
Yes! All your card data is securly handled by Stripe. Commence has no access to any of the card data entered by your customers.
Commence charges a 2% fee for payments processed via Commence. This is on top of any fees Stripe may charge you and is taken automatically from the payment. For subscriptions, Commence will collect 2% from each payment for subscriptions that have originated through our platform.
In addition to credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, Commence supports all the payment methods supported by Stripe Checkout including: Alipay, SEPA Direct Debit, Bacs Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort, EPS, Przelewy24, and FPX.
Yes! Commences uses Stripe Checkout, Stripe's recommended integration for SCA readiness. Checkout will automatically determine if SCA is required for the payment and request 3DS if needed. No additional work is needed to be SCA ready.
